Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
After payment, it need about 3-5 work days to arrange, after completing arrangement, your products will be sent out, the shipping time is according to the accurate Country.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
After your completing payment, you will receive a receipt.
How can I return an item?
The warranty is 12 months for our products, if having any quality problem, you just need take photos or picture to send us, after confirming the quality program, the money can be returned to you, and you can send back the products.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Usually, we will prepare the products before out of stock. If the product is selling more fast and don't have enough time to prepare, we will give notice.
Where can I ship my order?
Your goods can be sent out by International Express, such as DHL, FedEX, UPS, EMS etc, it would depend on the cost.
